The "Digital Sales" focus group was conducted as part of the Best Practice in Marketing conference organized by the Institute for Marketing and Customer Insight at the University of St. Gallen. This conference, with a history spanning over 25 years, serves as a platform for the exchange of best practices in marketing between academia and industry.
As the workshop leader, I was responsible for designing and conducting the session. My tasks included developing the content framework, moderating discussions, and presenting current research findings in the field of digital sales and lead management. The objective was to provide participants with actionable insights and strategies to optimize their digital sales processes effectively.
