AZEM Kampfsport is a renowned martial arts school with locations in Winterthur and Wil SG, Switzerland. Since 1985, it has offered training in disciplines such as boxing, kickboxing, Thai boxing, and Muay Thai. The school is well-known for its licensed trainers and collaboration with sports authorities and researchers.
As the Managing Director, Coach, and Owner of AZEM Kampfsport, I am responsible for driving the long-term vision and strategic goals of the school. This includes overseeing all aspects of daily operations, such as managing the team, developing effective marketing strategies, and ensuring the smooth administration of our facilities.
I am deeply involved in program development, designing and leading training sessions tailored to all skill levels, with a particular focus on preparing athletes for national and international competitions. Beyond the technical aspects, I prioritize community engagement, fostering a strong, inclusive culture where martial arts serve as a tool for personal growth, discipline, and resilience.
