The Focus Group Digital Analytics, conducted as part of the Best Practice in Marketing program at the University of St. Gallen, was a four-day intensive workshop split into two sessions of two days each. The focus group aimed to equip participants with advanced knowledge and practical skills in leveraging digital analytics for marketing success. Topics included data-driven decision-making, customer journey analysis, performance measurement, and integrating analytics tools into strategic marketing initiatives. Participants included professionals from diverse industries seeking to enhance their expertise in digital analytics.

As the leader of the focus group, I was responsible for designing and delivering the program's content, ensuring it was both academically rigorous and practically relevant. My role included conducting various workshops to guide participants in applying digital analytics concepts to real-world challenges. This involved preparing and presenting case studies, leading interactive discussions, and facilitating hands-on exercises to ensure participants could directly implement the strategies in their organizations. Additionally, I managed the program schedule, fostered collaboration among participants, and provided actionable insights to address specific industry needs. My focus was on bridging theory and practice to create a transformative learning experience.
